Response time

We reply to every message within one business day — usually much sooner. A real person reads each one; there is no ticket queue and no bot triage.

If a post did not publish the way you expected, telling us which platform, roughly whenit was scheduled, and the error shown on the post usually lets us answer in one reply instead of three. Failures are recorded with the platform's own message, so that text is the fastest route to the cause.

For account, billing or data-deletion requests, email from the address you signed up with so we can verify it is you. For a feature you wish existed, say so — the platform list and half the composer exist because someone asked.

Before you write in

Most messages are one of these five. If yours is here, you have your answer already — and if it isn't, we would genuinely like to hear it.

My post didn't publish. What happened?

Open the post and look at the destination that failed — we record the network's own error rather than a generic one, so the reason is usually right there. The common causes are an expired connection (reconnect the account), a platform rule the post breaks such as a caption over the limit or a missing image, and temporary API outages, which we retry automatically. If the message is unfamiliar, send it to us and we will translate it.

Why does one network look different from the others?

Because each one genuinely is different. Character limits, image counts, video length and whether links are clickable all vary, and the composer shows the tightest limit across everything you have selected. You can tailor the copy per platform rather than accepting a lowest-common-denominator post.

How do I cancel, and what happens to my posts?

Cancel from billing settings whenever you like; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Anything already published stays on your social accounts — it belongs to them, not to us. Scheduled posts that have not gone out yet revert to drafts rather than publishing unexpectedly.

Can I get my data deleted?

Yes, at any time, from the data deletion page. Email from the address you signed up with so we can confirm it is you.

Do you support a platform that isn't listed?

Ask. Several of the networks we publish to exist because someone requested them. Some are genuinely out of reach — a handful of platforms gate their API behind approval or a cost that a tool at this price cannot carry — and we would rather tell you that plainly than leave you waiting.
